ARTS ADMINISTRATIVE & BRAND AMBASSADOR INTERN

Joffrey Ballet School was founded by Robert Joffrey in 1953. It is the only ballet school in New York City that offers a well-rounded dance curriculum that includes training in classical and contemporary ballet as well as various other styles. Joffrey Ballet School holds various summer programs throughout the United States.

PROJECTS

As an intern, I was tasked to put together all materials needed for Joffrey’s Georgia and Colorado Springs summer sessions through use of Joffrey’s IT systems, Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word, Dropbox, and Google Drive.

My main responsibilities included updating and maintaining student records, managing the front desk and check-in of dancers and faculty, and acting as a communication liaison between the Artistic Directors and administration to students, faculty and musicians. I documented and went through files to ensure they were efficiently organized and readily accessible. Additionally, I managed and monitored all Joffrey South social media accounts and press daily.
